PhytogenicsRx was founded with a clear vision: to redefine healthcare through a more personalized, integrative, and results-driven approach.
After more than 30 years of experience as a Clinical and Consultant Pharmacist, Dr. Joëlle Désir recognized a fundamental gap in traditional medicine—treatments were often standardized, while patients and their needs were not.
With a Master’s degree in Public Health, a Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine, and a Doctorate in Holistic Nutrition, Dr. Désir expanded her expertise beyond conventional pharmacy to embrace a more comprehensive, root-cause approach to care.
As a licensed compounding pharmacist with extensive experience in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), she began developing personalized therapeutic solutions tailored to each individual—integrating clinical precision with functional and regenerative medicine principles.
Her work as a consultant, educator, and program developer played a key role in the development of advanced compounding practices at PhytogenicsRx. Over the years, she has lectured nationally and internationally on functional medicine, hormone optimization, nutrition, longevity, and the clinical application of customized therapies.
What began as a traditional pharmacy has since evolved into a hybrid model of pharmacy and clinical wellness—where science meets personalization, and where patients are treated as individuals, not protocols.
